About the Role:

• Sell our comprehensive service portfolio (partial and full loads, contract logistics) to new and existing customers
• Identify potential customers, make contact, and prepare customer presentations
• Collaborate with the sales team to create offers and work on large tenders with the branch management and central tender management
• Create sales reports, maintain our CRM system, and personally implement new business and hand it over to our Customer Care department
• Regularly exchange ideas with operational departments to foster customer enthusiasm for our products and services
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive the strategic growth of our branch

About You:

• Ideally, you have a degree in business administration or logistics, or equivalent qualification with a focus on transport and logistics
• You bring initial professional experience in the forwarding industry and are familiar with our services
• You have profound sales experience, are comfortable leading negotiations, and possess excellent communication skills with high empathy
• You are proficient in MS Office, have a good command of English, and are willing to travel regularly
