Your Tasks:

• Development and implementation of process improvements
• Analysis and optimization of business processes
• Collaboration with departments to identify and implement best practices
• Creation of process documentation and training materials
• Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in process management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with IT systems and tools (e.g., workflow management, CRM)
