IT Service & Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We are seeking an IT Service & Support Specialist for a exciting project in the public sector. In this role, you will take on responsible tasks in incident and service management as well as controlling IT services.

Aufgaben:

You will be responsible for incident and service request management, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Anforderungen:

• Completed vocational training in computer science or a related field, or a successfully completed degree in business engineering or computer science
• At least 2 years of professional experience in handling Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2016, as well as experience in incident and service request management
• At least 1 year of experience in a ticket system or helpdesk environment with a focus on incident and service request management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
• Teamwork and stress resistance
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent German language skills (C1 level)

Desirable qualifications include experience in warranty management, Excel skills, or ITIL certifications.
