Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager (m/w/d)
We are seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to join our team in a unique and innovative gastronomic concept in Germany.
About the Role
- Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Develop and implement innovative concepts, menus, and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality standards, ensure excellent customer service, and optimize operational efficiency
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, provide coaching and training, and support employee development
- Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve business objectives and implement company strategies
- Analyze sales data, control costs, and optimize profit margins to ensure business success
Your Profile
- Vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality (e.g., restaurant management, hotel management)
- Additional qualifications (e.g., hotel business administration, certified chef)
- Experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in innovative and trendy gastronomy
- Event management experience (conferences, seminars, parties) is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, solution-oriented thinking, and a hands-on mentality
- Passion for food and beverage, excellent customer service skills, and a strong guest focus
- Trend awareness, innovative spirit, and willingness to develop the gastronomic concept further
- Business acumen, quality orientation, and customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and experience with inventory management systems
- Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
